SoulCollage® for Psychedelic IntegrationSoulCollage® is an intuitive, creative process that invites you to explore and honor the many parts of your Self. Founded by Seena B. Frost, this accessible art practice involves creating personal collage cards using found images, which serve as mirrors of your inner world—your dreams, emotions, archetypes, guides, shadows, and allies.
In the context of psychedelic integration, SoulCollage® offers a grounded and expressive way to make meaning from non-ordinary states of consciousness. By giving form to the symbolic language of the psyche, it helps bridge the wisdom of the journey into everyday awareness. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to listen, create, and connect.
In this experiential workshop, participants will each create a quick SoulCollage® card and engage in a brief dialogue with it. This practice supports insight, grounding, and deeper self-understanding in the days, weeks, and months after a journey.
